Fishing with kite

Heading for a conference in Davos about Mars Polar Caps and a wedding on Malta life seems to be lovely here on hill viewing misty Aarhus. The reading has been progressing, but I not fell like a Mars freak yet, maybe because there is so many other interesting things to do. For a couple of weekends ago I went out diving near Æbeltoft, which was absolutely 30 marvelous minutes, even though I felt more clumsy than normal. The sea snails moving on the bottom make a track, the view of gopples lazy dance and all the fishes were really great and it really makes sense that peoble are so interested in oceans on Mars ;)
We found a kite in between some sea plants and its flying carrier started with a fishing rod (maybe it also ends there ?). Actually that was the only thing we got on the fishing rods, for even though we found the bait ourselves after digging and pumbing at the beach, the planned dinner with fish ended up being vegetarian. I hope that I will get some illustrations later.
Oki doki... have a nice time, eat a lot of good ice cream and take care.

The concept of light and shadow

Starting my daily life

Finally I started studying again after adventures in Iceland, creating satellites at the Summerschool in Alpbach and after enjoying the big waves in the North Sea (at least big when you come from Århus), the blue berrys and not at least the blonde surfer of mine,- probably better known as Lars Peter ;-)
Analyzing Elysium Mons on Mars is really a huge project, which hopefully does not fully match the size of the volcano itself. There is so many thins to work on that it is easy to get confused, so much knowledge to consume and so many things to consider. Wouw... it so much my own project!
I have not accomedated fully to the life in Århus yet. It feels a bit easier to continue the travelling and leave the daily considerations, however relations need to be taken care of, otherwise they end up not being there. I better understand the weight of that instead of memorizing all the stuff, which I cannot do here.

Tea, Cookies, "Deception Point" and Surfing

Hi

So I am starting a blog again hoping that it will last longer than my previous one (www.grobirkefeldt.blog.com). Sadly I am afraid that I cannot compeed with wonderfull and adventurous pictures from Iceland, but I can always try to reveal some bits of my life, trying to be an expert in catching the details in the city, which has been the spine of my settings.
I have changed the language, which probably will make some good laughs once in a while, but anyhow I am sure that I most of the time succeed to give the message so why not give my non-danish friends a possibility to read my blog as well. I hope you will enjoy. ........................................................
